MyVentureLoan, www.myventureloan.com (“MyVentureLoan,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), thanks you for visiting our website. We use the words “you” and “your” to mean you, the reader, and other visitors to our website who are, in all cases, at least 18 years old. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and why, and what we do to try to protect it. MyVentureLoan arranges and provides financing for real estate investors. Loans are for business purposes only and are not offered for personal, family, or household use.
Information we collect
Information you submit. When you fill out a form or application, contact us, or communicate with us by phone, email or text message, you may give us identifiers such as your name, email address, mailing or property address and phone number, and business and deal information such as your entity name, loan type and amount, purchase prices, closing dates, exit strategy, title or escrow contacts, and documents you upload (for example, purchase or disposition contracts). We do not sell, rent, or trade the personal information you submit to third parties.
If you don’t want us to collect this information, please don’t provide it. You may contact us by phone instead. Not providing it may limit our ability to review your request.
Emails and online forms. When you send us an email or fill out an online form, we keep your email address and the other information you provide and use it to respond to you and to process your request. Depending on the information provided and the consents you give, we may respond by email, telephone call and/or text message.
Automatically collected information. When you visit our website, basic technical information is collected through your browser and our hosting and form providers, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you view. We use this information to operate, secure and improve the website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and review your loan request or application.
- To evaluate your deal and match it with appropriate loan programs, lenders, capital providers or investor partners.
- To communicate with you about your request by email, phone or text message, as you have permitted.

How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data vendors or marketing companies. We share information only as described below.
Lending and transaction partners. We may share the information needed to evaluate and fund your request with lenders, capital providers, investor partners, title and escrow companies, closing attorneys and appraisers involved in your transaction. Some application forms on this website are provided by a third-party lending partner and are subject to that partner’s privacy practices.
Vendors and service providers. We may share information with vendors that provide services to us, such as website hosting, form, CRM, email and messaging platforms, only as needed to provide those services to us.
Legally compelled disclosures. We may disclose information to government authorities and other third parties when required by law, including in response to court orders and subpoenas.
To prevent harm. We may disclose information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of our website, or anyone else who could be harmed.
Business transfer. If MyVentureLoan or substantially all of its assets are acquired or merged, personal information may be one of the transferred assets.
SMS communications
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS consent is obtained through web forms on our website (www.myventureloan.com), which offer two separate, optional, unchecked checkboxes:
- Inquiry and account texts: if you check this box, SMS consent will be used to send text messages from MyVentureLoan about your inquiry, application, loan request or account to the phone number you provided.
- Marketing and promotional texts: if you check this box, SMS consent will be used to send marketing and promotional messages from MyVentureLoan, such as loan program updates and offers, to the phone number you provided.
Each consent is given separately, and neither is a condition of any loan. Messages may be sent using automated means. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You may reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. See the Messaging Terms in our Terms of Use.
Phone calls
Phone call consent is obtained through a separate, optional, unchecked checkbox on our web forms. We use it to call you about your inquiry at the number you provided, including by automated or prerecorded means. Consent is not a condition of any loan, and you may ask us to stop calling at any time.
Email communications
You may opt out of non-transactional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by emailing support@myventureloan.com. We may still send messages about an active request.
Your rights and options
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us; to stop other communications, contact us using the information below. We will take reasonable steps to honor your request promptly. Residents of certain states may have additional privacy rights under applicable law, and we will respond to such requests as required by law.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults acting for business purposes and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted personal information, we will delete it.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical, administrative and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. We cannot guarantee that information will be free from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal and business requirements.
