The Website is intended for real estate investors and businesses operated by adults. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if greater) and that you have authority to act for any business on whose behalf you submit information.

Business-purpose loans only

Loans are for business purposes only and are not offered for personal, family, or household use.

No offer or commitment

Information on the Website, including rates, leverage, terms, fees and timelines, is general information that may change without notice and is not an offer to lend or a commitment to lend. Closing timelines vary by loan program and by deal. All loans are subject to application, underwriting, appraisal, credit review and final approval, and terms vary by borrower, property and program. Some programs may be provided through third-party lenders or capital partners.

Messaging terms & communication policy

Program name: MyVentureLoan messaging program.

Program description: By opting in to the MyVentureLoan messaging program, you can expect to receive text messages of the type(s) you selected:

• Inquiry and account messages about your inquiry, application, loan request or account, such as follow-ups, requests for information or documents, and status and closing updates.
• Marketing and promotional messages providing information about MyVentureLoan loan programs, such as loan program updates and offers.

Messages may be sent using automated means.

How to opt in: Each message type has its own optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the forms on our Website. You opt in to a message type by checking its box and submitting the form with your mobile number. You may choose either, both or neither. Consent to either type is not a condition of any loan.

Opt-out policy: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us (inquiry, account, marketing or promotional). To stop only marketing messages, contact us at support@myventureloan.com. If you want to join again, opt in on our Website as you did the first time.
